40 000 attendants from all over Europe flock every year to Scheeßel in northern Germany in order to experience the Hurrricane Festival, a three-day music event.
Two specialists from TPO, one project manager and one technician, were on site during the festival in order to deliver internet access to for over 300 points of sale. Local staff from Etherforce were tasked with building the actual network, while TPO took on the responsibility of managing the operation. The project presented a lot of opportunities for knowledge transfer between us and our German colleagues, and together we were able to deliver a great product to the organizers of the festival.
